When can I expect to find out whether I was awarded an institutional scholarship?

Here is a list of important dates for the Institutional Financial Aid Application for each awarding period. These are set dates and will remain the same every year, so we encourage you to become familiar with these timelines. Academic Year Priority Awarding Period (December 1 - February 28)

Application Opens: December 1

Application Deadline: February 28

Receive Award Notification By: March 31

Award Acceptance Deadline: April 30

Academic Year Final Awarding Period (March 1 - June 30)

Application Deadline (Close Date): June 30

Receive Award Notification By: July 31

Award Acceptance Deadline: August 15

Spring Only Awarding Period (August 1 - October 31)

Application Opens: August 1

Application Deadline (Close Date): October 31

Receive Award Notification By: November 30

Award Acceptance Deadline: December 31

Application Opens: The Application Open dates are when each application begins accepting responses.

Application Deadline: The Application Deadlines are when each application stops accepting responses. The Institutional Financial Aid Application will temporarily close for a month at the end of the academic year final awarding period and at the end of the spring only awarding period (these are marked by the "Close Date" titles listed above).

Receive Award Notification By: This is the date that you can expect to receive either an award notification or a non-award notification by. Please give the financial aid office until this date to provide you with an awarding decision, but if you have not heard back by this date then please contact the financial aid office at financialaid@sebts.edu.

Award Acceptance Deadline: This is the date that you must complete your financial aid checklist in self-service by. You must complete this list in order to accept your institutional scholarship award offer. This is a final deadline, so please prioritize completing this as soon as you receive an award notification.
