What fees are covered by the VA?

Per the Department of Veteran Affairs guidelines, we can only submit mandatory fees that apply to all students to the VA for payment. Any fee that has an exception to it or is limited to a certain population of students can not be submitted to the VA for payment.

This applies to students receiving the following VA benefits:

Chapter 30, Montgomery GI Bill
Chapter 33, Post 9/11 GI Bill
Chapter 35, Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance
Chapter 1606, Montgomery GI Bill Selective Reserve
Fry Scholarship

For Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness and Employment, we will only invoice the below fees identified as covered. For all other fees, your counselor must give express permission for us to any fees marked as not covered.
