Children of eligible Company employees or NAMB missionaries may be eligible for a scholarship covering 100% of their tuition and fees.
Children of retired Company missionaries may receive a scholarship covering 25% of their tuition and fees.
For Company MK applicants, the student's parents must be active full-time Company employees (Staff or Field).
For Active NAMB MK applicants, the student's parents must be a full-time NAMB missionary/personnel, fully funded by NAMB and currently serving on a field assignment. Children of endorsed NAMB chaplains qualify for this scholarship.
Children of endorsed missionaries serving through their state convention or church do not qualify.
Eligible students who are beginning an advanced degree at Southeastern are eligible to have 50% of the Program Entry Fee refunded to their student account.
Additional Requirements:
- Recipients must be 30-years-of-age or younger upon beginning their degree at Southeastern
- Recipients must be degree-seeking undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students
- Recipients must be active and participating members of a local Southern Baptist church
- Recipients must be enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours for undergraduate students, 9+ hours for graduate students, 1+ hours for advanced degree students)
- Students must re-apply for every academic year (Fall-Summer)
Applying:
Students must re-apply for the scholarship each academic year (Fall-Summer). The application opens the second Wednesday of June and we will begin verifying applications at the beginning of July.
